Getting Started

• Reach out!  Send me an email, call, or message me by clicking the link below.We will begin by scheduling a  free 15-20 minute phone consultation. This will help us determine if we are the right fit to work together.  

• If we decide to work together, we will schedule your  intake session.  I will send you a digital link to my online platform (Simple Practice) where you will complete the intake forms, payment/insurance agreement, consent to begin therapy.  This is completed online before your first session.

• During the first few session we will review your intake paperwork, review policies, and we will begin to determine your main therapy goals.  If you are using insurance for services, a mental health diagnosis will be required.  If you do not meet criteria for a diagnosis, I am unable to bill your insurance for services, but you are welcome to pay privately.  If client is a teen/minor, I may request the parent/guardian to be involved in this first session .

• I recommend all clients initially attend session once a week, unless we determine there is another need.

• A standard session is 50-minutes, unless another arrangement is made.
