Getting Started

• Email or call or click the link below, to schedule a free 15-20 minute phone consultation. This will help us determine if we are the right fit to work together.  Please provide insurance information at this time.  

• Intake forms, payment/insurance agreement, consent to begin therapy.  This is completed ahead of time online.

• The first session will consist of a broad but through intake questionnaire review. If client is a teen/minor, I may request the parent/guardian to be involved in this session 

• I recommend initially beginning with sessions once a week.

• A standard session is 53-minutes, unless another arrangement is made.
